Compliance Failure on the part of Board of Director Members to follow these policies can result in possible civil and criminal sanctions against CMCF; possible disciplinary action could be taken against any Board member as the result of non-compliance of these policies.
The CMCF Treasurer and Finance Committee will periodically review these procedures with selected legal counsel and/or a certified public account to ensure CMCF is in compliance with new or revised legal and/or financial regulations.
